Job Description
- To assist in preparation of the Monthly Budget.
- Issuing Invoices and verifying the documents against the payment.
- To monthly adjust all kinds of official Loans against the project expenses.
- Preparing staff's salary, Overtime, and Bonus allowance and adjusting staff Loan amount with salary monthly.
- Preparing Monthly Bank reconciliation and mentioning the project number in the bank statement against every transaction.
- To prepare Cash Balance reports periodically to send to the manager.
- To assist in preparation of Monthly Financial Reports.
- To follow up accounts payable and receivable amounts.
- Verifying and comparing Inventory assets with accounts report.
- To carry out any lawful order by the Superiors.
Job Requirements
Age 22 to 35 yearsOnly Male Ability to work under pressure, Priority workload and multitask.Strong written and oral communication skills in English.Must know computer basic Knowledge.Area of Expertise: Accounts related.
