Job Description

Job Context  

Position will be offered to the deserving candidates on the basis of experience and competence

 

Key/Job Responsibilities:

  • To achieve monthly/yearly retail liability, asset, cards, and other business targets in terms of sales volume and number of accounts, and to develop own portfolio
  • Ensure smooth functioning of daily banking operations and provide high-quality customer service
  • Maintain a quality portfolio through effective retention, prioritizing relationships, having an appropriate relationship management plan, and taking a consultative approach to understand clients' objectives, identify financial needs, and offer suitable solutions
  • Play a key role in branch profitability and achieving branch business targets as well as other KPIs
  • Develop sales strategies for product channels and manage existing portfolio health while acquiring new business
  • Prepare proposals by evaluating customer investment applications using a range of criteria, including customer creditworthiness/assessment
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of customers’ business/profession through regular visits and industry research
  • Promote marketing initiatives and events with developer companies and other stakeholders
  • Manage and control Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and overdue accounts prudently
  • Follow and maintain compliance with all AML rules and policies of the competent authorities

Job Requirements

Age At most 45 years Minimum 02 (two) years of experience in a similar role in the retail banking department/branch of reputed banks/FIsStrong knowledge of banking/financial services, retail liability and asset products, and compliance requirementsExperience of working in a centralized environment and real-time online banking will be an added advantageExcellent communication, interpersonal, public relations, team-building, and people management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications
