Job Description

Lead and mentor the development team; ensure code quality using Git (GitHub/ GitLab)
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using modern technologies
Build applications using frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, Angular, or Laravel
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL and handle third-party API integrations
Customise and manage LMS platforms such as Moodle, TalentLMS, or similar systems
Develop LMS features like course management, user roles, assessments, and reporting
Integrate LMS with external systems (payment gateways, CRM, ERP, etc.)
Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and optimize performance
Configure and maintain servers (Linux, AWS, Azure, Docker, Nginx)
Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage deployment processes
Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation
Ensure system security, scalability, and reliability
