Admin Executive

• Ensure overall office security and safety compliance
• Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Provide administrative support to different departments
• Manage and monitor office supplies and inventory (stock checking, reporting, and requisition)
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
• Supervise support staff (office assistants, cleaners, etc.)
• Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and utilities
• Maintain records of administrative activities and reports
• Handle day-to-day office management tasks efficiently
• Perform any other duties assigned by management
