Job Description

Check & verify all passbooks balance with the software by performing physical presence.
Frequent visits to different Group members all over the country for physical verification.
Making Loan disbursement & Savings return matching against a list of members in the system and balance confirmation.
Ensure overdue are being tracked and inform the respective team for prompt collection.
produce and generate reports on the audit findings with relevant analysis and comparison.
Prepare receivables aging report.
monitor accounts records including ledger, cash book, cheque, salary register, budget variance report, invoice, vouchers, or any other documents.
As an Internal Auditor, perform routine audit work in the branch office.
Perform Pre-Audit & Post-Audit of all different kinds of payments to ensure compliance with existing policies.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings with necessary analysis, observations, comparison and recommendations.
Work closely with the Microfinance Program team to ensure develop this program.
Carry out other tasks assigned from time to time by management.
