Relationship Officer (RO) - Small Business (Up to EO)

• Source CMSE loan customers under the Small Business Unit.

• Conduct client visits, collect financial and business information, and prepare credit proposals.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure portfolio quality and recovery.

• Support loan documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies.

• Achieve assigned sourcing and service quality objectives.

• Proven track record in small business segment.

Work Experience in Dhaka, Gazipur and Narayanganj in similar capacity.Strong business acquisition and relationship development skills.Sound understanding of credit risk assessment and mitigation techniques.Proven sales skills with the ability to develop and grow business opportunities.Effective negotiation skills, including knowledge of collection and recovery techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and analytical approach.
