Senior Manager, Special Asset Management, Corporate Banking

• Monitor and pursue defaulting borrower for repayment.
• Physical visit of Corporate SAM borrowers’/guarantors’ factory, office & residence.
• Arrange to issue legal notices & accomplish all formalities to file cases/suits.
  
• Check all kinds of bills e.g. lawyers bill / professional bill, etc.
• Maintain regular coordination with lawyer / Legal team and defendant of the case/suit.
  
• Liaison with different departments (CAD, Litigation Management, ICC, GSS, etc.).
  
• Maintain files & MIS of Defaulter/Litigated borrowers.
• Check & initiate to publish Summon Notice/Auction Notice/Other Notices.
• Assist to regularize default liability through pay-off/ reschedule/ restructure.
• Perform any other duties assigned by HoD time to time, etc. 
• Meet internal/external regulatory requirements and queries.

Qualifications

· 

·         Strong interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers

·         Adequate knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines 

·         Excellent in both Bangla and English

·         Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and demonstrated capability to meet agreed deadlines.

·         Good command over Microsoft Office software package
