Provide customer support in the Vietnamese language through online platforms, email, and support tools.
Read, write, and communicate effectively in Vietnamese.
Assist customers with software-related technical support and basic troubleshooting.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure quality service delivery.
Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal support teams.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.
Age must be 18 years or above.Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Vietnamese is mandatory.In case of highly Experience Candidate expected terms & condition may relaxed.Basic knowledge of software technical support is required.Good understanding of customer support tools, email communication, and online platforms.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Prior experience in online/customer support services will be considered an advantage.
