Laser Cutting Operator (Ministry of Defense, Saudi Arabia)

• Machine Setup: Load cutting programs, calibrate parameters (laser intensity, beam focal point, feed rate), and set up proper fixtures for specific materials.

• Operation: Safely load, position, and unload raw materials and finished parts into the machine.

• Quality Control: Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify part accuracy against engineering drawings.

• Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance, such as cleaning optics, checking nozzles, and clearing debris, to keep machines running at peak performance.

• Troubleshooting: Monitor cutting processes to quickly identify and address malfunctions, material defects, or programming errors.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols, wearing necessary protective equipment, and maintaining a clean work
