Bending Press Operator (Ministry of Defense, Saudi Arabia)

• Machine Setup: Select, install, and adjust dies, tooling, and gauges according to job specifications.

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and analyze technical drawings, CAD files, and work orders to determine bending angles, dimensions, and tolerances.

• Operation & Calibration: Run CNC or manual press brakes, making real-time parameter adjustments (tonnage, ram depth, speed) to achieve accurate, defect-free bends.

• Quality Control: Measure and verify finished parts against engineering drawings using tools like calipers, micrometers, and protractors.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs. Address and resolve any malfunctions or bending inconsistencies.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA and facility safety protocols, including wearing required PPE and safely handling heavy metal sheets.
