Job Description

Machine Setup: Select, install, and adjust dies, tooling, and gauges according to job specifications.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and analyze technical drawings, CAD files, and work orders to determine bending angles, dimensions, and tolerances.
Operation & Calibration: Run CNC or manual press brakes, making real-time parameter adjustments (tonnage, ram depth, speed) to achieve accurate, defect-free bends.
Quality Control: Measure and verify finished parts against engineering drawings using tools like calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs. Address and resolve any malfunctions or bending inconsistencies.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA and facility safety protocols, including wearing required PPE and safely handling heavy metal sheets.
