• Observing sales trend regularly. Developing brand strategies and local action plans.
• Implement and co-ordinate events and campaigns.
• Visiting market regularly for market research, monitoring product distribution, checking display offers, gain consumer and market insights.
• Working regularly with different agencies for activation and campaign proposals.
• Initiate different promotional materials to increase brand visibility.
• Regular meeting with the internal departments (sales, operations, procurement, finance) for strategically planning, decision making, billing concerns, vendor management and smooth regular operational process.
• Budget planning, activity forecast and monitor the activities for cost analysis
• Identifying market needs, understanding market trends and providing sufficient market data to Business Development department.
• Sourcing suppliers and products that fit with the context of the brand.
• Comfortable to analyze the data in excel.
• Preparing internal requisition of department.
• Communicate with vendor for smooth operational process.

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Skills Required: Brand Planning/ Development, Good communication skills, Working under pressure
