Manage day to day operations of My Aarong Rewards and Club Taaga loyalty programmes including registration management, resolving technical system issues, customer service issues and campaign deployments.
Responsible to grow the membership base through initiatives and build subsequent loyalty through repeat purchases, growth of average basket value, and overall customer lifecycle management.
Plan and execute seasonal partnership campaigns and promotional offers for loyalty members.
Design micro segmentation campaigns usingrecency, frequency, monetary (RFM) methods and ensure 'always on'personalised communications.
Responsible for providing management insightful data on membership base through periodic presentations and reports.
Oversee voice of customer management through call centre and feedback channels. Ensure management level reporting and undertake long term development projects.
Drive on-going market research and product development projects.
Work closely with retail and marketing department to execute campaign communications.
Masters from any reputed university.
3rd division/ Class/ CGPA below 2.0 in any academic examinations will not be considered.
