Job Description / Responsibility

• Achieve Divisional sales target & operational objectives by planning, monitoring, teaching and motivating individual shops, dealer point and its employees.
• Work directly under National Sales Manager, Prepare report & Analyze report
• Help the dealer point/shops to boost up the sales.
• Build a healthy and positive team atmosphere in the division which will allow them to collectively achieve the target in a cohesive manner.
• Identify, analyze and solve the problems of dealer point in the assigned divisional area and use the resources provided by management to overcome the problems as soon as possible.
• Take responsibility for the success-failure of the shops in assigned area, monitor the sales etc.
• Explorer for new potential business locations in the assigned area.
  
• Any other assignment when & where required related to retail shops/dealer point.
