Job Description / Responsibility

• Assist the Transport Manager to Controlling all vehicles (Own & hired)
• Propose improvements in the existing transport system.
• Other duties as assigned by the management.
• Ensure that the maintenance, oiling and servicing schedule of the vehicles is followed.
• Strictly act upon the petrol/diesel filling mechanism approved by the management.
• Ensure the requisite documentation of transports
• Responsible to handle the accident cases with concerned department.
• Keep records/ history of drivers and accidents.
• To ensure the scheduled checks on vehicle and spare parts.
• Testing vehicles both before and after repair
• To maintain repairing, servicing fuel / CNG consumption & spare parts records
• Maintain liaison with government entities.
• Ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.
• Update and maintain all documents related with BRTA.
