Job Description / Responsibility

Conducting RAC shop-to-shop training for showroom FSM based on Marcom Training Material
Conducting RAC role play after conducting Marcom based training.
Achieving monthly RAC sales target of the assigned region.
Directly handling customers to purchase dual Inverter & upselling.
Provide Competitor information and Market Intelligence report to management.
Maintain good relationship with distributor sales force team & Branch Managers of showroom.
Ensure maximum visibility of merchandising materials at all showrooms.
Promptly collect all retail level any issues like service, stock issue, infra issue and inform to management.
Notify showroom staff on arranging product displays as per company guideline.
Finding corporate sells opportunity nearby showrooms (Projects).
Reporting: Daily Sells & Market Activity Feedback report through WhatsApp.

Job Requirements
