Job Description / Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the company's overseas clients
- Contribute to the overall client relationships strategy and business plans and further initiates, co-ordinates and implement the business plan for the assigned specific areas and monitor progress towards its achievement
- Follow-up with the client queries and resolve issues related to scheduling interviews, candidate mobilization, documentation, and recruitments
- Provide after sales service to the candidates by following up the queries of local agents from internal sourcing department
- Coordinate meetings and schedule of overseas clients according to their requirements at home and abroad
- Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new work order; analyzing trends and results; developing and establishing strategies and plan
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying client requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
- Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Maintain sustainable rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities to develop business through expansion of clients
