Job Description / Responsibility

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries ​​Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
• Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
• Provide pricing and delivery information.
• Perform customer verification.
• Set up new customer accounts.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Manage customers accounts.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Record details of actions taken.
• ​Need to Answer live chat service, FB comments and after hours CS calls.

• Good communication skill.
• Must have 6 months experience in call center.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Should have the ability to take challenges.
• Should have good communication skill in English and Bangla both writing and speaking.
• Should have sound knowledge in computer operation, internet browsing, Msword, Msexcel and Powerpoint.
• Must have good typing speed.
