Job description

• Planning and designing the project documents in line with donor and organization's policy.
• Play lead role in designing, implementing monitoring and assuring quality delivery of the project as per the project documents.
• Coordinate with the donor agency and act as key focal person for overall project implementation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly activity and action plan at field level.
• Develop the training tool kit, advocacy and IEC materials.
• Regular monitoring, supervision of program implementation and budgetary expenses.
• Conduct training, meeting and workshop for project participants and other stakeholders at project area.
• Oversee social action project and ensure that the social action projects are contributing towards overall outcome of the project.
• Frequent visit to fields for smooth implementation of the project activists.
• Supervise and manage the performance of Program Officers for successful implementation of the project.
• Review and analyze project to integrate with other program initiatives
• Liaison with Government officials, local government representatives and CSOs at project area.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports.

Good report writing skill, documenting case studies, good communication skill and and computer operation in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint .
