Project Description:
The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) Bangladesh project, implemented by FHI 360 in collaboration with four sub-awards, including the Resource Integration Centre (RIC), is dedicated to strengthening Bangladesh’s capacity to prevent, detect, and respond to emerging disease outbreaks while ensuring continuity of essential health services, including Maternal, newborn, child health, and nutrition (MNCHN). Operating in high-risk and border-adjacent districts such as Rajshahi and Chapainawabganj. The project aligns with the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) health security priorities and advances the global normative guidance for early detection and rapid outbreak response.

Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5-6 years of demonstrated experience working in an NGO/International NGO (INGO) USAID MNCH project implementation in Bangladesh.
• Must have significant experience working closely with the Community, Union, Upazila Administration, Local government, Health and Family Planning facility level, Livestock and Community leaders.
Technical Expertise:
• Knowledge and experience in Health System Strengthening (HSS),
• Expert in Quality Improvement (QI) methodologies: QIC, IPC, WIT, MPDSR.
• Facility Readiness and Epidemic Preparedness.
• Familiar and experienced in out-of-traditional training programs for service provider competency development, such as on-the-job and mentorship.
Age Limit:
• Age at most 50 Years.
• Age limit may be relaxed for highly qualified and experienced candidates.
Duration: Project Period (Initial 10 months)
