Job Title: Video Editor And Content Creator

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Video Editor & Content Creator to help us build an authentic and professional presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

This role is more than simply editing videos. You will help transform our people, projects, client success stories, expertise, and behind-the-scenes activities into engaging content that builds trust and strengthens our brand with international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit engaging short-form videos, Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube videos, and social media content.
• Create content suitable for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Transform raw footage, screen recordings, project materials, and ideas into polished videos.
• Create videos from client projects, case studies, portfolio work, testimonials, and success stories.
• Develop engaging video formats around:
  • Educational content
  • Industry insights
  • Project showcases
  • Before/after transformations
  • Client problems and solutions
  • Team stories
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Founder/team personal branding
• Work with the marketing team to understand the purpose and target audience of each piece of content.
• Add professional captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and other elements where appropriate.
• Create strong openings/hooks to improve viewer retention.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces.
• Maintain consistency in visual style, storytelling, and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer to combine video and visual content effectively.
• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, footage, and content libraries.
• Stay updated with current short-form video trends, formats, editing styles, and platform best practices.

Age 25 to 35 years Experience creating LinkedIn personal branding content.Experience with B2B or international audiences.Motion graphics and animation.Basic color correction and audio enhancement.Video storytelling and scripting.Experience creating content for founders, executives, sales professionals, or agencies.Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.Experience working with WordPress, web development, IT, SaaS, or digital service businesses.Familiarity with AI-assisted video and content creation tools.Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: 1–3 years of practical experience in video editing, content creation, or a similar role.Skills: Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.Mindset: Good sense of pacing, storytelling, composition, typography, music, and visual hierarchy.Ability: Ability to create videos that feel professional, natural, and authentic, rather than overly promotional & to understand a business objective and translate it into engaging visual content.Communication: Good English communication skills, particularly for creating captions and content targeting international audiences.Others Skills: Understanding how the first few seconds of a video affect viewer retention & ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple content requirements.
