Job Description
Subject: Pre-school, Bangla,English, Mathematics, Hifzul Quran)
- Create lesson plans based on the curriculum
- Prepare teaching materials, activities, and assignments
- Use different teaching methods to suit diverse learners
- Design and conduct tests, quizzes, and assignments
- Evaluate student performance fairly
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Identify individual learning needs and difficulties
- Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress
