Territory Sales Officer

SQ Agriculture Ltd. is committed to providing the best quality Tractor, seed, pesticide, fertilizer and other farm machinery. So, we are looking for highly energetic and dedicated sales-oriented person.

Sales Activity:

• Visit end customers regularly, ensure proper follow up and generate sales.

• Forecast for Sales and plan consequently to meet the assigned targets.

• Develop rapport, build trust, and create value in relationships with customers and Dealer.

• Create new prospects of Customer and Dealer for sales.

• Generate market information and interpret information to ensure better sales performance.

• Dealer`s motivation and their performance evaluation.

Collection Activity:

• Forecast for collection and plan consequently to meet the assigned targets.

• Prepare critical files list and take necessary action.

• Frequent market visit and market opportunity assessment.

• Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and recovery commitment to the achievement of monthly target and achievement.

Promotional Activity:

• Plan and organize events, participate in promotional activity.

• Generate sales through those promotional activities.

Documentation & Report:

• Prepare different sales report and share sales update regularly to the supervisor.

• Provide report on target, performance and justification for business outcome.

• Regular reporting to the top management on periodical sales and collection performance.

• Preparing monthly/ annual sales budget and achievement report.

Others:

• Should have technical knowledge on agricultural sectors as Tractor, Seed, Pesticide and aquaculture.

• Recognize customer needs and suggest product applications to solve problems and create value for the customers.

• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concern authority in time to time.

Age 25 to 30 yearsOnly Male At most 1 year in the Agro-based (Tractor, seed, pesticide & fertilizer) industry.Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
