Job description

• Implement the construction technology management system of the company and the project department to achieve the technical management and construction quality objectives of the project.
• In the construction process, timely find and solve technical problems during construction, correct or stop construction violations, and report major issues in a timely manner. Participate in the professional construction coordination meeting and put forward suggestions for solving construction technical problems. Submit the construction report on time.
• Participate in the preparation of construction organization professional design or construction organization plan. And work according to the requirements of the approved engineering documents.
• Technically responsible for construction quality and strictly follow quality standards. Responsible for the quality inspection and acceptance of the project, fill in the quality inspection assessment form, analyze the quality trend, and prevent the occurrence of quality accidents. Participate in quality accident analysis, propose measures to prevent accidents, and assist in filling out accident reports.
• Participate in the preparation of construction schedules and related resource plans, be responsible for the preparation of work instructions or technical measures, be responsible for the technical disclosure of individual projects and the safety disclosure, and organize the implementation.
• Responsible for the verification of the project volume and the preparation of the project material budget, and timely analysis of the quantity of materials.
• Organize construction personnel to learn construction drawings and technical materials, organize construction drawings and inspections, and contact and resolve issues raised during the inspection.
• Supervise and cooperate with individual engineers to regularly check and maintain construction machinery, instruments, instruments and important tools.
• Propose the technical inspection plan for equipment, raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products for unit construction projects, and cooperate with on-site inspections. Collect and keep inspection reports, and promptly report and handle the problems found.
• Supervise and guide the construction personnel to make a record of the construction self-inspection, and collect and sort out construction technical data and construction handover information.
• According to the construction progress requirements, put forward plans for the use of equipment, raw materials, processing parts and implements, and put forward corresponding technical requirements. Before use, detailed inspections shall be conducted according to the construction plans and relevant technical data, and problems should be reported and handled in a timely manner.
