Job description
- Ensure implementation of sound administrative systems and processes to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
- Ensure good coordination between program and administration and resolve issues with the support from senior management if any.
- Capable to monitor and Control the whole security operations for the organization.
- Provide adequate admin support in organizing program meetings,
- Coordinate the Site administration to implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and make sure that the
- workshops, seminars, training and or interviews as necessary.
- Maintaining All Transportation.
- Ensure security of materials in Construction site by regular patrolling/ checking procedure.
- Implementing security protocols.
- To maintain contacts with local Police Station, Fire, Hospital and other necessary utility service providers
- Recruiting and Sourcing Security guard when required.
- Understand Site needs, maintain and develop site security activities.
- Supervising security Guard.
- Perform any other works as and when required by the management.
