Executive/Sr. Executive- Industrial Engineering (Woven Garments)

• Candidates who have experience in Industrial Engineering (Woven Garments) are highly encouraged to apply.

• Instruct & implement the machine layout along with the right manpower.

• Ensure line efficiency with allocated manpower.

• Prepare Skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.

• Time study, capacity study, and follow-up study of the running style and take appointment measures.

• Find out bottlenecks solve problems if any.

• Ensure supply chain operation and achieve maximum output.

• Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.

• Identify best performers and award incentives to deserving workers.

• Any other job assigned by seniors/ management.

Age At least 25 yearsOnly Male 2–5 years of relevant experience in IE Department of Woven Garments.Strong knowledge of SMV/SAM, Time Study, Line Balancing & Capacity Planning.Good command of MS Excel, productivity analysis & IE reporting.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet production & efficiency targets.Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen & 5S will be an added advantage.Candidates with experience in export-oriented woven garments factories will be preferred.
