Job Description

Product Portfolio Management: Market and sell our complete range of packaging products:
- Food Packaging: High-barrier laminated rolls, stand-up pouches, zipper pouches, and multi-layer films.
- Agro & Bulk Packaging: PP woven bags (laminated/unlaminated, BOPP laminated, gusseted) for fertilizer, seeds, grains, and animal feed.
Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement aggressive nationwide sales strategies specifically tailored for PP Bags and packaging solutions to maximize market penetration.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and annual corporate sales targets.
Business Development: Explore untapped B2B markets and build enduring, high-value relationships with industrial, corporate, and institutional clients.
Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and shifting customer demands to maintain a competitive edge.
Financial Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, departmental budgets, and detailed performance reports for senior management evaluation.
Client Retention & Revenue Growth: Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction by offering robust after-sales support and driving business growth through strategic account management and volume-driven execution.

Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 yearsOnly Male Industry Experience: Direct prior experience in the PP Woven Bag / Industrial Packaging Industry is mandatory.Domain Knowledge: Sound technical understanding of industrial packaging products, raw materials, and prevailing B2B market dynamics.Resilience: Demonstrated ability to work under high pressure, adapt to market challenges, and consistently deliver on tight targets.
