Job Description

1. ATL (Above-the-Line) Marketing

Plan and execute mass media campaigns (TV, radio newspaper. Dillboards
Coordinate with advertising agencies for campaign development
Manage brand communication and messaging consistency
Monitor campaign performance (reach, impressions ROI)
Develop annual AT, marketing calendar

2. BTL Below-the-ne) Marketing

Organize promotional activities (events activations, roadshows, trade marketing)
Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) like banners posters, leaflets
Coordinate with sales team for field marketing execution
Plan dealer/retailer engagement programs

3. General Marketing Responsibilities
