Job Description

Interact with patients following the `Patient Interaction Script`.
Take verbal consent of the patient before enrolling the patient and initiate the support program with them and document consent.
Brief patients about the services they will receive under the patient support program Record keeping and maintenance of the Doctor Consent Forms
Record keeping and maintenance of the Patient Consent Forms (Verbal Consent)
Educate the patients about diabetic issues and consult
Record keeping, and maintenance of relevant Files as a part of Good Documentation Practice Ensure completeness and accuracy of data in the Database
should have consult with the patients regarding diabetic issues, lifestyle, diet chart

Job Requirements

Age 23 to 30 yearsOnly Female Should have done course of CCD.Should have experience handling patients with diabetic.
