Showroom Manager / Asst. Manager

1. Manage the overall daily operations of the outlet.

2. Lead, supervise, motivate, and train the sales team.

3. Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.

4. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.

5. Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and product display.

6. Prepare daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and other operational reports.

7. Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.

8. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the outlet.

9. Coordinate with Head Office regarding stock, promotions, and operational requirements.

10. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and a positive working environment.

11. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
