Job Description

Talent Acquisition & On boarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, from job posting to screening and final selection.
  • Design and coordinate comprehensive on boarding/orientation modules for new team members.

HR Operations & Payroll Management

  • Oversee daily attendance verification, leave management, and HRIS database updates.
  • Assist in the execution of the monthly payroll cycle, annual increment processing etc.

Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Manage employee grievances, foster a positive workplace culture, and coordinate annual performance appraisal cycles.

General Administration

  • Supervise facility management, vendor coordination and office maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years Must have practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data analysis, advanced formulas, and reporting).Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.Capability to handle sensitive personnel information with high confidentiality and integrity.
