Conduct undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology in accordance with the approved curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, examinations, and assessment reports.
Evaluate students` academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain regular office hours to support students` academic and personal development.
Provide individual and group counseling services to students experiencing academic, emotional, behavioral, or personal challenges.
Assess students` mental health concerns and provide appropriate counseling interventions while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
Identify students requiring specialized psychological or psychiatric support and refer them to appropriate professionals or organizations when necessary.
Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness programs on mental health, stress management, emotional well-being, and life skills.
Develop and implement preventive mental health and wellness initiatives across the university.
Maintain accurate counseling records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with institutional policies and ethical standards.
Collaborate with faculty members, academic advisors, and university administration to address student welfare and support services.
Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, academic advising, and quality assurance activities.
Conduct research, publish scholarly articles, and engage in professional development activities.
Supervise student research projects, internships, and theses, where applicable.
Perform examination duties, committee assignments, and other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the University authority.
