Job Description

Job Context: Delta Life Insurance Company Limited, one of the leading life insurance companies in Bangladesh, providing life insurance services by a team of highly-motivated and skilled professionals, invites applications from the deserving candidates for the following positions:

To lead the Business Development of Group & Health Insurance
Assume overall responsibility to set-up marketing strategy to develop the business growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and increase revenue from new and existing clients
Set and track sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts

Job Requirements

Age At most 40 years Age Limit: Not over 40 years (May be relaxed for highly experienced personnel).Experience & Skills: Minimum 5 years of working experience in any financial institutions/multinational company /FMCG/TELCO/NGO.
