Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily administrative work
Ensure smooth service delivery to patients
Maintain employee attendance & leave record
Prepare duty roster/work schedules of staff
Devise and implement administrative plans and policies
Ensure prompt supply of medical and office equipment
Monitor staff`s performance
Address quires of patients & resolve their issues
Ensure a patient-friendly environment and monitor quality of services
Assist the Director-Hospital in all administrative functions
Perform any other task assigned by the authority
At least 5 years` working experiences at any reputed hospital.Comprehensive understanding of healthcare policy and proceduresOutstanding managerial and leadership skills to manage a tertiary level hospitalKnowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industryCapacity to lead and manage technical as well as non-technical staffProven expertise to deal with critical situations and problemsEffective communication and coordination skillsProficient in operating MS office applications.
