• Coordination between Management and Project site.
• Estimating, their proper application to project.
• Overseeing" Quality Control" system and coordinating with all required departments to ensure QA .
• Daily, weekly and monthly progress reporting against project plan
• Overseeing Supply Chain Management for smooth workflow.
• Manage Contractor to execute the job within stipulated time frame.
• Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications

The applicants should have experience on some completed project. Experienced in large Commercial/Residential/Industrial constructions work. Energetic, self-driven & proactive.
