Successfully coordinate, follow up and execute all activities Commercial department (Export, Import, Customs, Bank, Audit, etc.).
Responsible for coordinating with merchandising, production, store, transport, accounts and other related wings of the company to successfully execute export shipments in time.
Responsible for maintaining excellent relationship with related stakeholders like buyers, suppliers, forwarders, Custom authority, banks, BGMEA, BKMEA, EPB, etc. to successfully run all the commercial activities of the company.
Must be expert in preparing and understanding all export and import related documents.
Responsible for daily basis reporting to top management.
Responsible to follow up and timely realization of export proceeds and settlement of import bills in coordination with merchandising department.
Organize Import documents to release Import consignment in time.
Ensure all logistics activities related to export and Import.
Solely responsible for custom and bond compliance and other compliance related to commercial department.
Age 40 to 50 yearsOnly Male Must have well versed knowledge of UCP, INCOTERMS, HS Code, Customs and Bond regulations.Must know MS Word and MS Excel very well.Must have good English reading, writing and specking skill.
