Source all types of electrical and mechanical items required for vessels from local suppliers.
Collect quotations for all spares, stores, and A.P.S. items from local suppliers.
Prepare comparative statements (C.S.) for all items prior to purchasing.
Raise purchase orders (P.O.) and issue them to suppliers for local procurement.
Verify challan copies and VAT challans for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain proper records of all bills and supporting documents.
Maintain organized files for all suppliers and purchase orders.
Collect vessel-received copies and verify them against corresponding bills.
Process all types of invoices with complete and accurate documentation.
Arrange transportation of goods from the local market and hand them over to the Technical.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior.
Age 20 to 35 years Experience in Relevant Field will be preferred.Standard Computer Skills (Specially in MS Word & MS Excel).Good Knowledge in Shipping local Purchase.Honest & Hard Working.Willing to work overstay or under pressure.
