Junior Officer (Procurement)

• Source all types of electrical and mechanical items required for vessels from local suppliers.

• Collect quotations for all spares, stores, and A.P.S. items from local suppliers.

• Prepare comparative statements (C.S.) for all items prior to purchasing.

• Raise purchase orders (P.O.) and issue them to suppliers for local procurement.

• Verify challan copies and VAT challans for accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain proper records of all bills and supporting documents.

• Maintain organized files for all suppliers and purchase orders.

• Collect vessel-received copies and verify them against corresponding bills.

• Process all types of invoices with complete and accurate documentation.

• Arrange transportation of goods from the local market and hand them over to the Technical.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior.

Age 20 to 35 years Experience in Relevant Field will be preferred.Standard Computer Skills (Specially in MS Word & MS Excel).Good Knowledge in Shipping local Purchase.Honest & Hard Working.Willing to work overstay or under pressure.
