Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Merchandiser(Female) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, driving inventory turnover, and ensuring our products are displayed effectively to attract customers and reflect our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, track product performance, and manage replenishment to ensure optimal product availability across all [stores / channels].
Sales & Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior using [tools/software, e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, ERP systems] to forecast future product demand and maximize profitability.
Visual Merchandising & Store Layouts: Design and execute compelling visual displays, window arrangements, and floor plans that elevate the in-store shopping experience and drive sales.
Pricing & Markdown Strategies: Collaborate with the pricing and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing structures, promotions, and markdown strategies for slow-moving stock.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of stock and maintain high standards of product quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align visual merchandising campaigns with broader promotional strategies.
