Job Description

  1. Execute payroll operations, attendance, leave, deductions and employee data management in ERP systems.

  2. Prepare salary sheets, payroll summaries and bank transfer documentation.

  3. Monitor attendance, duty rosters, leave records, and payroll processing activities.

  4. Process employee confirmation, increment, promotion, appraisal and resignation updates.

  5. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and payroll compliance files with accuracy and confidentiality.

  6. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Admin teams to address payroll queries and discrepancies.

  7. Draft HR/payroll-related letters, reports, and supporting documentation.

  8. Assist in bill processing, employee reimbursements and day-to-day HR operations.

  9. Verify payroll data accuracy and ensure timely system updates.

  10. Support statutory compliance activities and maintain related payroll records.
