The company is responsible for delivering medicines to various customers or healthcare facilities and collecting the corresponding payments upon delivery. Their operations involve managing inventory at each depot, ensuring timely and accurate distribution, and maintaining efficient cash collection processes to support smooth business operations.

Job Summary:

I & I Services Ltd. ensures efficient, compliant, and accurate distribution of pharmaceutical products to meet customer and organizational requirements. This includes proactive inventory management, warehouse operations aligned with pharmaceutical storage standards, and seamless coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Product Availability

  • Maintain a balanced range of products and continuously reconcile inventory (SKUs) to prevent stock shortages or excess holdings.

  • Conduct product-wise SKU verification fortnightly, preparing detailed inventory reports for submission to the Head Office, Distribution Department.

Warehouse Operations & Compliance

  • Receive, store, and dispatch finished products according to operational requirements and compliance standards.

  • Maintain optimal storage conditions that meet regulatory and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) warehousing requirements, including monitoring temperature and humidity where relevant.

  • Organize the warehouse into designated areas (e.g., raw materials, packaging, finished products) with proper shelving and storage following FIFO/LIFO principles.

  • Perform routine warehouse functions (receiving, storing, issuing, dispatching) and periodic activities (e.g., reporting product launches or changes) consistent with pharmaceutical warehousing roles.

Timely Distribution & Packaging

  • Ensure timely delivery of stock as per allocation to support uninterrupted supply to customers.

  • Manage customer-wise packaging processes to facilitate accurate and smooth deliveries.

Quality & Risk Management

  • Segregate expired and damaged products and report them promptly to the Head Office, Distribution Department for proper disposal in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of inventory movements, storage conditions, and product status to support traceability and compliance.

Team Collaboration & Professional Conduct

  • Foster a high level of professional relationships with colleagues, promoting teamwork and motivation for operational excellence.

  • Support capacity building and training initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency, GMP awareness, and safety culture.

Performance Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management, warehousing workflows, and distribution practices.

  • Collaborate with relevant units to implement best practices that enhance quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction within the supply chain.
