Job Description:
· To develop analytical method as well as to validate the method
· To Analysis of raw materials and products
· To perform stability Study of the products
· To improve existing products by enhancing quality, stability, and cost-effectiveness
· To ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies
· To collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams to implement R&D initiatives
· To assist in scale-up processes for manufacturing and troubleshooting technical issues
