Job Description
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials/products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, stock reports, and inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials within the warehouse
- Supervise loading, unloading, packing, and distribution activities.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, and other departments for smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, or operational issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and space utilization
Job Requirements
Age 25 to 46 years Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics management.Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP or SAP software, & inventory management tools preferred.Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and stock management practices.Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse operational standards.
