Retail Security & Operations Monitoring Officer
We are looking for a highly responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented person to monitor security systems, retail operations, staff behavior, cash handling, and store compliance across multiple fashion retail locations.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in retail operations, CCTV/security monitoring, store control, reporting, or compliance supervision.
NOTE: Need to add below points-
- Job location is DHAKA but have to mind to work globally.
- Need to maintain time with our Nederlands & Turkey office
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV/security camera systems
- Control daily store opening and closing procedures
- Monitor staff discipline, customer service, and store compliance
- Check cash and POS transaction handling procedures
- Review suspicious activities, theft, fraud, or irregularities
- Track daily store activity, customer traffic, and operational issues
- Prepare daily, weekly, incident, and compliance reports
- Coordinate with store managers, regional managers, and head office
