Senior Wash Technician (Denim)

We are young, growing and professionally managed apparel sourcing company working on behalf of European and American Brands / Retailers as their local partner in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

To manage our continuous growth, we are now looking for some Young, Educated, Disciplined, Honest, Sincere, Hard Working, Willing to Learn, Team Player and Proactive Professionals to fill up below positions:

• Experience working with brands such as ZARA, Stradivarius, and Mango.

• Capable of independently managing laundry operations for all types of R&D activities.

• Extensive knowledge of wet and dry processes.

• Good understanding of market trends and ability to prepare wash presentations for clients.

• Strong sourcing capabilities and effective control over wash factories.

• Able to establish, monitor, and follow up on the Critical Path/Time & Action Plan to ensure high-quality, on-time washed products as per requirements.

• A strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with the design team.

Age 30 to 35 years Minimum 5–7 years of experience in denim washing.Communication skill especially in English both speaking and writing.Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation.
