Accountant

We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and hardworking Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting activities, banking operations, and project accounts. The candidate must have sound knowledge of accounting procedures, VAT & Tax calculations, and be proficient in Tally software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts and financial transactions.

• Operate and manage accounting activities using Tally software.

• Handle banking-related tasks including cheque processing, deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliation.

• Maintain project accounts and prepare financial reports.

• Prepare bills, invoices, and challans accurately.

• Calculate VAT & Tax as per company and government policies.

• Maintain accounting documents, vouchers, and records properly.

• Coordinate with management regarding financial matters and reporting.

Age At least 30 years 5 years of experience in accounts and finance related activities.Proficiency in Tally ERP software.Good knowledge of VAT & Tax procedures.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Good communication and reporting skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
