This role is ideal for a motivated early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketing, digital campaigns, and growth-focused marketing operations.

Key Competencies
Age 20 to 35 years 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development, or related roles. Fresh graduates with strong practical skills may also be considered.Basic understanding of B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation principles.Familiarity with social media marketing, content creation, and online advertising platforms.Interest in SaaS, technology products, and startup-driven business environments.Strong willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.Basic understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels, customer journey, and conversion-focused marketing.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools, and analytics tools.Ability to create marketing content including social media copy, email content, blog drafts, case study drafts, and promotional materials.Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing concepts.Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign tracking is an advantage.Good communication and writing skills in English.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a startup environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
