Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.

• Organize site visits for prospective clients.

• Track and report on sales progress to management.

• Oversee all sales and marketing initiatives, including market research and monthly target achievement.

• Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through various channels.

Proven experience as a marketing manager or in a similar role.Skilled in MS Office.Excellent communication abilities.Resilience and effectiveness under pressure.Extensive marketing and sales experience in the real estate sector.
