Job Description
Functional Activities:
- Ensure the production of final products adhering to the schedule.
- Ensure highlighting production related issues for resolution.
- Generate a detailed schedule plan.
- Create and release production orders and lots.
- Ensure production process at various production channels at unit (heating, grooving to reduce diameter as per specifications, cooling etc.).
- Adjust and correct machine set-ups to reduce thicknesses, reshape products, and eliminate product defects.
- Ensure ERP, OPM Production Batch managing required data sets.
- Ensure minimizing miss rolls generation.
- Monitor machine cycles and mill operation to detect jamming and to ensure that products conform to specifications.
- Ensure Safety by using PPE and maintenance of PPE properly at Workplace.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with Unit Quality Control & Management department continuously to ensure quality of products and manage the production process accordingly.
- Coordinate with unit Workshop and Material Management & Logistics to ensure availability of spares and raw materials
