What You’ll Do:

• Ensure academic excellence through proper implementation of CAIE & National Curriculum (English Version).
• Lead and evaluate teachers; oversee syllabus, lesson plans, exams, and academic calendar.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment; address student and parent concerns.
• Take initiative in institutional development, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Organize school programs, events, and student development activities (clubs, ECP).
• Manage overall administrative operations including HR, facilities, compliance, and reporting.
• Coordinate with management and perform additional assigned responsibilities

Age 35 to 60 years Minimum 5 years + of experience as a Principal or Vice Principal in a reputable English Medium school.Expertise in leading the Cambridge Curriculum and National Curriculum (English Version).Has strong vision and takes initiative.Exceptional leadership and supervisory capabilities in academic administration
