Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of Head Office and Branch Offices.
- Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment, furniture, electrical systems, air conditioning, and cleaning materials.
- Monitor and ensure timely payment of utility bills and other administrative expenses.
- Manage corporate SIM allocation and process employees’ mobile bills in coordination with relevant service providers (e.g., bKash).
- Ensure issuance and maintenance of staff ID cards for all employees.
- Coordinate and support internal meetings, training sessions, and organizational events.
- Manage guest house operations and ensure proper accommodation arrangements for visitors and staff.
- Ensure workplace safety and security measures in coordination with concerned departments.
- Supervise and guide support staff, including office assistants, cleaners, and cooks.
- Coordinate meeting room allocation based on priority and availability.
- Prepare administrative notes, reports, and documentation as required.
- Arrange and coordinate travel and logistics for Head Office and Branch Office personnel.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and compliance of administrative policies and procedures.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes, including CV screening and coordination of walk-in interviews.
- Prepare interview evaluation sheets and maintain recruitment documentation.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters in accordance with organizational policies.
- Manage Staff Information Bureau (SIB) processes and documentation.
- Operate and maintain HRIS software for employee data management.
- Maintain, organize, and update personnel files, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Prepare HR-related reports and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
