Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems
• Co-ordinating the Project Office/project team
• Identifying problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Working with Human Resources Manager to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees.
  
• Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues i.e. forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues
• Maintaining basic computer systems and networks
• Web mail set up and monitoring
  
• Diagnosing hardware and software faults
• Continuous updating of company website i.e. uploading new contents, photos, checking on virus issues.
• Maintaining communications with the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and domain host and web developer.
  
• Solving technical and applications problems
• Installing and configuring basic computer systems

Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
• Having a sense of urgency and a commitment to complete tasks on time;
• Ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, and maintain confidentiality;
• Highly organized and self-motivated,
• Good communication and English skills a must,
• Passionate about task not status.
